By accepting this hire agreement, you will be liable for any damages including such costs will include labour, material, parts and similar items. This excludes “Wear and Tear”. Failure to pay will be refereed to debt collection and will incur all costs.
The equipment may only be used and operated in a careful and proper manner. Failure to do so will incur damage costs as per above cause.
